CENTRICK
It is apparent that Centrick have issued the service charge requests for the second half of 2026 incorrectly. The payment details on the service charge demands do not match the bank account Centrick hold on our behalf. The board of Bishps Knoll have asked Centrick to re-issue the service charge demands with the correct information. We advise flat owners not to pay into any account unless the account details they are paying to exactly match the demand. If you have any questions please contact a member of the board.
BROADBAND
The management company has now signed wayleave agreements with Openreach to allow them to install full fibre to all flats on the Bishops Knoll estate. The next step is for Openreach to conduct a survey, we have no concrete date for this but expect it to happen before the end of the year.
FORWARDS FESTIVAL
The Forwards Festival will be taking place on the Downs on Friday 28th, Saturday the 29th and Sunday the 30th August 2026. You can read more about the event and provisions for local residents in the letter from Tom Paine, the fesitval organiser on this page.
The festival organisers are putting on a FREE event for local residents in St Mary's Church. It will consist of an evening of Jazz music and nibbles. To book a place (so that they can estimate numbers), please email "forwards@teamlove.org". Full details of the event are in the letter.
CENTRICK
Following the recent decision by Easton Bevins to cease providing property management services, the board have agreed that Centrick will take over providing management services to the board of Bishops Knoll Management Co from 1st September 2026.

It is expected that Lisa Groves will transition from Easton Bevins to Centrick and will remain our company secretary and point of contact for all property management queries. You can find the contact details for Lisa and Centrick under the 'contact' section of this site.
Because of the transition to a new managing agent the service charge invoices that are normally sent out in July have been delayed. It is expected that the service charge invoices will be issued early in September.
BROADBAND : OPENREACH
The management company have been in contact with OpenReach regarding FTP (Fibre to Premises) services for Bishops Knoll. A survey has been requested and should take place this year.
BROADBAND : NETOMNIA
The management company have signed a wayleaves agreement with Netomnia, a provider of fibre broadband infrastructure. Netomnia provides the infrastructure to a number of Internet Service Providers (ISPs), including YOU Fibre, you can find their details and the packages offered here "https://www.youfibre.com".
Netomnia have subsequently been purchased and all new network projects are on hold pending review. This page will be updated when we know more.
CAR CHARGING
Six car chargers are now available at Bishops Knoll for residents and their guests. If you would like to use the chargers, contact any of the directors and they will arrange for you to be set up on the system.
