1) The Maintenance charge which we pay half yearly is held by the Managing Agents in four separate internal accounts. It is used to pay all bills. Any monies left over at the end of the financial year (end of June) are deposited in the four Reserve Accounts in the Bath Investment Building Society (BIBS).


2) It is important that all Maintenance charge demands are paid promptly so that costs are spread evenly. Any outstanding debts on your flat will follow you and are payable before the flat can be sold.
