INSURANCE CLAIMS

The directors have arranged insurance to cover the buildings and the contents of communal areas.

If you discover a water leak or any other damage please take steps to minimise further damage, and advise a director as soon as possible.

Claims arising from the escape of water are subject to a £500 excess, and the owner of the flat where the leak occurred is responsible for paying that excess.

If the total cost of repairs does not exceed £500, the owner of the flat where the leak originated is responsible for that cost.

Residents should arrange their own insurance to cover the contents of their flat and garage.
